      Avantages

      Sometimes laid back and mellow, quiet work environment.

      Inconvénients

      Owner of company was a very aggressive and dominating man. A 'his way or the highway' type of guy. The environment was not for me. Glad that I quit. Much happier not being there even though I am penniless.
