Well equipped and provide all the requirements to the employees in all the ways. I read many reviews that are not true about this company. This organization make me to learn as much as we can. We had a better working environment and make us to feel this as our own place. All the time can't be same. Sometimes we may feel the pressure in working, this is all in the life of work. We should be well practiced in our specification. If we are well in our field than we won't feel the pressure. All are very friendly and social people. Mainly, I would like tell something about the CEO of the company. In my life time I never see such a CEO. How kind in nature. If any of the employee suffered from any issue then he itself come and solve the issues. There is a lot to say but due to time issue I am finishing here.

All the decision taken is not withstanding for more than a month.

The only thing good about the company is that the salary is on time.

They treat people like slaves. They expect them to finish unreasonable amount of work. If you don't finish, you are made to feel like you are unworthy. The supervisor and team leads do not give animation directions as they seem to lack sensibilities. The only thing they are good at is building a high pressure environment which the CEO wants. I feel the leads and supervisors are so scared of the CEO and are also afraid to look for better opportunities to grow. It's all a mind game from the CEO, he is great at that. He is a shrewd business man. People stay back long hours and if you don't then you are told that you are not giving your 100%.
