toxic work environment, unfair workload distribution (some team members carry most of the work while others contribute very little for the ‘same pay’), seniors tend to be defensive and not open to criticism, when issues are raised seniors deflect responsibility by telling others to “understand” problematic employees instead of addressing the problem or leading solutions
