Avantages
1. Good place to learn (if you are willing to work for 6 days a week, and spend whole day in office, listening to blabbering and abuses of MD) 2. Good minds working very next to you(just for 2 years) 3. Can't come up with anything else
Inconvénients
1. Management sucks big time 2. There is nothing called HR, no one is going to listen to your complaints. 3. Can't keep phones with you during working hours 4. Political and biased environment, once proven bosses will sit on your head , and instead of sharing knowledge and teaching, will be more happy to screw you. 5. Be happy with cubicles you have, even rest rooms are outside company office(General ones), lunch room is in the junk yard. 6. If you are good, there you are good, if you need some training then don't come here, you are treated like a slum dog. 7. 2 year agreement , low compensation, etc... 8. And many more (not mentioning the issues of the MD himself, which can go for another 10 points)
