That happens often, so stand by the product and move on to those who can appreciate and afford it. The company is innovative and on top of future technology. One of the first in this industry, therefore great name recognition and easy referrals.
Inconvénients
Your on your own. No training. Meet your goals however you do it. Have to seek and find much information, often after the fact. Communication is via the grapevine mostly. Slow shipping. Business plan and sales strategies change monthly. Given territory is never secure...other salespeople who may have been there a year ago with a possible deal sneak back in and close and get the credit and the commission. Management does not adhere to nor promote the basic "salespersons" code of ethics. Have their "pet salespeople". The $ bottom line is all they really care about. Truly.
