Avantages

starts good, working with the partners were great, they do really work and does the work compared to other people sitting in management.

Inconvénients

the ones sitting in management will have you do their job because they're too tired to use their own brain and then blame you for any issues that's even outside the scope of your own position. can't have any small talk with other coworkers. they need to know what you guys are talking about. we can't even control a/c thermostat. "management" is being a puppet to someone who doesn't even sit in management position.

Avantages

It’s a good way to learn, if you have little experience. But that’s about it. Met some great people. But after a while that doesn’t mean much if you can’t afford to pay your bills. And if you’re afraid to breathe. If you have little to no experience, they don’t care much. If you need to learn software for example quick books, they will teach you which is a good thing.

Inconvénients

Low pay, terrible benefits, low morale. Upper management/owenrs aren’t around much. Middle mgmt questions your time off and you better not get sick. Office mgmt has a short fuse and sets the mood for the office. They take advantage of their staff. The benefits are terrible. you’re working to make them rich, while you’re trying to make rent. There is very little growth, if any. They allow the lazy employees to get away with so much and the demands of the hard workers is high.

Avantages

Small can be fun somewhat flexible

Inconvénients

Pays poorly company expects you to be loyal but they are not. Benefits are bad and expensive. Office needs updating. They allow people to smoke inside the building. Rodent and insects. High turnover. Gossipy staff and clicks/ they don’t appreciate loyalty. Some staff members have anger issues. Upper management drive nice cars while most other staff cars are falling apart. Bonuses are a joke. Expectations are high bit rewards aren’t existing. They don’t like to give time off and bearly close for any holidays.
