      Avantages

      Many professional development opportunities. Executive leadership team is excellent. Pay and bonuses for middle management and higher are really good.

      Inconvénients

      Some managers are in their positions because of technical ability with no real leadership skills. Employee concerns are not adequately considered. Onboarding process is not good, particularly for those who join the organization as an external hire.

      Excellent training from upper management. Strong leadership skills. Lots of accountability which is important to run strong operations.

      Inconvénients

      Large company, some things can easily fall through the cracks.
