Avantages

None. All Tech companies provide Barista and food

Inconvénients

During my time at the company, I observed a concerning lack of consistency in leadership and team enablement. The Chief Enablement Officer appeared to display favoritism, which impacted team morale and led to decisions that did not always align with merit or experience. There were instances where individuals with limited understanding of key frameworks like LEAP were promoted to operational leadership roles, despite more qualified and experienced team members being overlooked. This approach to talent management created confusion, reduced efficiency, and fostered a sense of instability across teams.

Avantages

- Flexible working arrangements, remote but there is an office if you wish to go in. - Lots of opportunities to work on interesting projects and have visibility. - Kind and genuine exec team. The structure feels flat and everyone is very approachable. - Everyone is responsive, helpful and solutions focused. - Great HR function - we had a company retreat last year, there is a mentorship program.

Inconvénients

- The US team only has so much control over the product and strategy, since the HQ is in Sydney -Work is relatively fast-paced, but its reasonable compared to most other workplaces.

Avantages

LEAP has what use to be a strong product and a huge market presence, especially in the legal-tech space. The work itself can be interesting, and many colleagues across regions are talented, driven, and genuinely want to help clients. The challenges are mostly global culture.

Inconvénients

There is little consistency across teams, and a lot depends on which manager you end up with. Burnout is extremely common. HR is not willing to address issues, so problems repeat. It’s not an environment where people feel supported, and internal behaviour doesn't reflect the values advertised publicly.
