      Business isn't modeled in a way to best serve clients and allow the team to do work that will drive results. Turnover is high and leadership hasn't shown a good knowledge of the business.

      The company is empowering its team to contribute and help us achieve success. Company culture is inclusive, collaborative, team driven. THE people make it worthwhile, we hire the best and brightest. We have proprietary tech, support, and buy-in from the executive team.

      Inconvénients

      Like any other digital company, there is always room for improvement. It is super fast paced, those unable to pivot and deal with change need not apply. Can be very deadline driven - work & life balance could improve.
