      Inconvénients

      company is overly focused on corporate culture and branding. At times can operate as separate silos of architecture opposed to a large cohesive firm.

      Avantages

      People who find their team here will love working here, plenty of mentorship opportunities, big projects that provide some level of job security, lots of learning and training opportunities usually covered in part or in full by the firm

      Inconvénients

      If you end up in the wrong team or sector and youre not a good fit for that small teams culture youre gonna hate it. Some teams have more cliquey feelings.
