Sales has a very strong voice in the business pushing for high performance but without the negativity so often a strong sales culture can bring. The product is amazing and real, it's market-leading and customers love it. The potential in the market is fantastic and there is genuinely almost overwhelming opportunity in the market. It’s still a young company so there are loads of gaps but as they get filled they will dominate their industry.
