      They are finally paying more. Not enough to stay.

      Inconvénients

      Non supportive upper management. Never enough employees. High pressure. No happy feelings.

      Avantages

      -Most people are nice -Onsite daycare for employees (but there is a waitlist) -Good products

      Inconvénients

      -Strange Company Culture -Mass layoffs ( 3 in 9 months) -Reckless at throwing money at clients and built the second biggest building in Utah but wont spend money on employees and fixing problems. - Not a lot of tenure - Terrible leadership with too many people with lack of experience as C levels -Very old school and wont accept new ideas - Construction is very cheap
