Somewhat flexible schedule. Non-micro managed day to day work. Management is generally respectful and trusting. Smart and respectful coworkers. Management gives you responsibility.
Inconvénients
Profit share bonus is treated as salary but not guaranteed. Total compensation okay but stagnating. Lack of investment in growing overburdened teams. Increasing lack of transparency from management. Used to have a flatter management structure, now getting top heavy. Sales first, operations/fulfillment later attitude has taken over.
