Avantages
Their way is the “right way” so you don’t have to think. Just do what they tell you, that is of course, they even communicate with you. Some people are great to work with. Just some people. Nothing else is considered great from a work atmosphere stand point.

-Definitely don’t act on what they preach
-No management system
-Ones who complain the most, get what they want while others who do the work with no complaints get stuck with no recognition
-Favoritism
-Expected to do more than 3 peoples jobs
-No raises, unless constantly complaining
-No motivation to work smarter
-Always behind on schedule due to inefficient work decisions
-Sets target promise dates to not be completed until 2-3 weeks after
-Management (lack of) hides in the office when confrontation/issues evolve
-Inexperience leadership
-Stretches EVERY EMPLOYEE thin
-Great employees overlooked
-Job priorities non existent
-Work morale depleted due to management
-ALWAYS FINGER POINTING BLAME ON SOMEONE ELSE INSTEAD OF JUST OWNING UP TO ONES MISTAKE
-Zombie work life
-Never room for growth on improvement
-Do as they say, and not what they do
