Flexible work arrangements and generally good work-life balance when not in crisis mode. Colleagues who genuinely care about delivering quality solutions.

      Inconvénients

      Strategic direction can shift abruptly, causing rework and uncertainty. Leadership communication sometimes lacks transparency, especially during organizational changes. Limited career development and mentorship pathways for senior talent. Instability in business model and priorities creates a “reactive” rather than “proactive” environment.

      Avantages

      This company is moving fast and on the rise. I have loved the professionalism and focus on contributions. We are making exciting products and signing big customers! We value our international culture and want to encourage cultural exchange!

      Inconvénients

      This is not an environment for someone that does not function well in autonomy or ambiguity. There is grey areas and we need people who can fill those in!

      - Competitive salary - Unlimited PTO - Remote work

      Inconvénients

      - Unstable C-Level. 3 CTOs in less than 2 years - Toxic environment in the upper management - Hybrid mode if you are near an office location. At least you must go two times per week. No excuses. - Deadlines are very aggresive. Working extra hours is common.
