Inconvénients
They tell you that you're an entrepreneur, and that you get to pick your own hours and show up whenever you feel like it, but in reality you have to show up when your leader feels like it, even though they want you to believe coming in that its all up to you. You have to sell your product (discount sports tickets) in impoverished areas hours away from team arenas where consumers haven't even heard of the team. They force you to travel to their main branch in Youngstown every week because they cant keep enough employees working there to keep the office running. The "opportunity" to run your own branch is not what it seems. It's obvious after a few weeks that employee retention is so difficult opening a new branch is a wast of time and your money.
