      Avantages

      Good enviroment because of your coworkers.

      Inconvénients

      Super disorganized, processes are not clear. Aparently direct order go over general quality management systems manuals when they feel like it, they just fire you with no explanation, everyone (even your direct boss) ghosts you when asking why. Totally unrespectfull of your time and efforts. No improvement opportunities or feedback. Is a company based on if you are friend of the boses, managers and CEO that ridiculously clear in management.

      Amazing benefits (Gym, parenthood benefit, cultural activities, english clases...), posibility to grow up (career path) and great environment.
