Avantages
Coworkers can be like family. The kids are sweet. Admin backs up their teachers against rude parents.
Inconvénients
-Extremely low pay. Not competitive at all and the CEO does not give raises even after 9+ months of working there. -Over ratio classes. Classes with a LEGAL minimum of 4 can have up to 8 with only 1 teacher. Classes are consistently over ratio. -THEY WILL LIE TO THEIR PARENTS. Working here has made me rethink sending my children to any daycare. -Administration knows about and allows teachers not being CPR certified despite state laws. They have “CPR Classes” where they sign your paper and that’s it. -The CEO is rarely in office. Admin is unsupported and overwhelmed while she’s out opening more Leap into Learning locations. The CEO is the biggest issue with this business. She only cares about hoarding money and taking her family on disney cruises while her working class employees can’t make rent or buy groceries. -NO BENEFITS -NO Opportunities for growth anywhere in the business
