Avantages
It's a small company (less than 200 people) of which nearly every single one of them is a smart and kind person. I've never met a single jerk in the company, which is a titanic achievement in my book. But it's not just a "be nice at the expense of truth" place either. People are encouraged and able to emote honestly with each other. Overall, I've rarely encountered a work environment as encouraging and positive as this one. I feel that one of LeapPoint's core tenets- to put employees ahead of clients or the company - feels like it actually does drive the decision-making of the leadership.
Inconvénients
No cons within the company, but it was acquired by Omnicom in 2024, which has created some hiccups out of the management team's control due to Omnicom's acquisition of IPG last year. Overall benefits of LeapPoint are solid, but the retirement match of Omnicom is very ungenerous comparatively to every other Fortune 500 company I've worked for.
