Avantages
The biggest pro is that this is a very easy job. Once you are trained and learn how to perform the job and interact with the consumers, this is a very easy job.
Inconvénients
For starters the pay is very low. One of the biggest cons is being able to deal with the consumers on an everyday basis. This is a job for a special type of person that doesn't take things personal, acts professional, and doesn't let things get under their skin easily. I have a laid back personality so I never experienced any stress from this job, but I have had coworkers that got so stressed out because of this job and the consumers, but that all depends on how you deal with stress and situations. And also go into the job knowing that every consumer doesn't want help and that you will not be able to help everyone.
