      Avantages

      I get to be involved in the growth of the company. Sit down in the meetings, discuss the problems that affect the company and actually vote towards a result that helps us all. The managers are close to the team, and listen to what we have to say. They don't work above us, but with us.

      Inconvénients

      People who are looking for progression will invest extra time to learn more skills. The company provides all the training.
