      Avantages

      Benefits are good compared to other companies

      Inconvénients

      Management is very task-oriented with harsh deadlines, but can't explain why these tasks are needed and how they contribute. Management expecting results from employees when the company has no vision, no idea what they're doing, and blame the employees when they don't succeed. Super toxic environment. The product is very generic, offers no added value for its customers. There are billion other better companies doing the exact same thing.

      Avantages

      Open, collaborative culture. Support for risk taking and bringing new ideas to the table. Legit is in a very hot market so there is a lot of opportunity for proactive team members. Leadership team cares about employees. Legit isn't perfect but it's a great place to work.

      Inconvénients

      Legit is a start up, so the path isn't always clear. You need to be comfortable with change and ambiguity here.

      This is a sales driven company and not product driven. Even if your position doesn't call for it, think sales sales sales
