It is great to hear that you appreciate our mission, the flexibility that we are striving to provide to our employees, the positive and friendly culture, and our generous time off programs. As we have shared internally, we understand the importance of continuously reviewing employee compensation to stay competitive in the market, especially in light of everything that is happening at a macro-environmental level, and will continue to do that frequently as we move forward.

      Avantages

      They have such a supportive team and their work culture is outstanding. All the employees are intelligent and caring, so the atmosphere is great. Their benefit is also decent, so I'm content with the work and life balance as well.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on the department you work for, the career growth could be limited.
