Avantages
- You’re treated as an individual, as opposed to a number. This resonates throughout the firm and is noticeable right from someone’s 1st interview (in my experience and the experience of others who have joined since I did). - You’re able to climb the ladder quicker than you would at most larger RPOs. There is always an element of luck in recruitment, but the management team recognise talent and work hard to reward and retain their best people. - The firm employs some of the nicest people in the industry, which pleasantly impacts company culture and makes it a lovely place to work.
Inconvénients
- The firm is transitioning from a US-centric model to a more international one, which comes with its own challenges, but it also presents lots of opportunities.
