      -flexible, work from home -no miro-management -positive work culture

      Inconvénients

      -company is in growth mode so there's a lack of process/organization -benefits are really expensive -starting to implement some micromanagey tools (like for tracking calls) -leadership sometimes out of touch

      No cons so far. You do have to be willing to put in hard work but it will pay off
