      Avantages

      1.Good culture. 2. Most senior TA’s make an effort to keep you motivated and supported.

      Inconvénients

      1. Salary could be better for South Africans. 2. They’re not flexible when it comes to working hours and working from home - bringing this up because it’s something they preach about during onboarding but it simply isn’t true. 3. I loathe ADP goals with my whole being - what a complete waste of time and effort. 4. You don’t realise how unfair things are until you’re chosen to work US hours - absolutely zero consideration for this sacrifice.

      No cons so far. You do have to be willing to put in hard work but it will pay off
