      Avantages

      I have worked for many companies, from hospitals, to production, on site, off site and Lexicode is by far the best company I have worked for. They are flexible with your schedule, allow make up time if wanted, the CEU’s are fantastic. All around a wonderful place for a coder.

      Avantages

      Permanent work from home and managers do not micromanage which is good.

      Inconvénients

      No SMEs to assist employees

      Avantages

      Was a great company before the merge with the global partner but now you're nothing but a number.

      Inconvénients

      Low work volumes and they are completely unstable. No care at all about employees well being, direction or needs. Zero upward pay mobility. It goes years at the same pay rate.
