      The people I worked with were great. Education opportunities are a big plus. Good vetting process.

      Inconvénients

      It is corporate owned, Exela Corporation, and corporations are loyal to stockholders.

      Avantages

      Permanent work from home and managers do not micromanage which is good.

      Inconvénients

      No SMEs to assist employees

      Avantages

      Was a great company before the merge with the global partner but now you're nothing but a number.

      Inconvénients

      Low work volumes and they are completely unstable. No care at all about employees well being, direction or needs. Zero upward pay mobility. It goes years at the same pay rate.
