      Avantages

      LEXICODE is one of the newest industry here in our town and I can say that its nice to be part of this company because it offers a continues learning and will make you better in dealing with things related to this job description

      Inconvénients

      So far I don't see any downsides working in this company.I've been working here for a couple of months and I really enjoy working here.People here are all friendly.

      Avantages

      Permanent work from home and managers do not micromanage which is good.

      Inconvénients

      No SMEs to assist employees

      Avantages

      Was a great company before the merge with the global partner but now you're nothing but a number.

      Inconvénients

      Low work volumes and they are completely unstable. No care at all about employees well being, direction or needs. Zero upward pay mobility. It goes years at the same pay rate.
