Thank you for taking the time to write a review- I agree there are many great people at Reed Tech.
The health insurance landscape is in a constant state of change and costs increases passed on to employer are out of control. RELX, our parent company, like many other companies, spends considerable time trying to dial into the right balance; plans that offer great benefits and plans that help to manage costs. It’s a difficult task but RELX makes a significant effort annually to assure their plans are highly competitive to the market.
The feedback on the combined PTO is mixed- Employees who rarely call out, are happy to have what they feel are additional PTO days, to use as they wish vs the split of let’s say 10 days of PTO and 8 days of sick time. In addition at Reed Tech, employees can carry PTO over at the end of the year, so it isn’t a use it or lose it situation. We recognize no plan is perfect for everyone but the general feedback on PTO has been positive.
