      Avantages

      Clients are great. A excellent place to build your business and gain the professional experience you need to be in the corporate fitness field. There is always room to grow. Good insurance coverage.

      Inconvénients

      No bonus, or holiday pay. Have a monthly goal to reach which can be hard to achieve in the summer time and holidays. Have the tendency of pulling so many hours you get burnt out quick, but you have to keep your hustle to survive. No help in supporting the Pilates program.

      They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
