      Avantages

      zéro, après avoir travaillé là-bas, vous commencez à détester la salle de sport et vous ne voulez de toute façon pas vous entraîner là-bas.

      Inconvénients

      Je me demande en fait si ce sont de vraies personnes qui laissent ces critiques positives. Je ne connais personne de notre club qui soit heureux, littéralement tout le monde cherche un autre emploi. La direction est mal formée, grossière et sans cœur. Cela a créé un environnement de travail très médiocre. Les salaires sont extrêmement bas pour le travail demandé. Ne vous laissez pas berner par l'avantage de l'adhésion gratuite. La plupart des employés s'en éloignent avec plaisir.

      They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
