Avantages

Your employment comes with a free gym membership (valued at $300/mo) to any Life Time in the country. Otherwise, I would NEVER work a part-time job for $12/hour. McDonalds pays way more than that

Inconvénients

The systems and software are so poorly made, poorly designed, and never work. They are constantly changing rules, policies, procedures due to the CEO's lack of decisiveness. He only cares about certain clubs/locations. Poor business in a lot of ways, but they have a monopoly on all health/fitness centers/gyms in the Twin Cities

Inconvénients

They don’t pay anything, and the CEO should honestly be ashamed. If employees were paid properly, there wouldn’t be so much drama and tension in the workplace. Communication is terrible because management doesn’t even seem to care — probably because they’re getting crumbs too. Spa management was dreadful, and the demotion was necessary. How do you fail to have people booked during major holidays when the money and clientele are clearly there? There was no structure, no leadership, and no motivation for employees to succeed. Having a successful spa for 3 years and coming into this environment I was not impressed. No growth, no support, no appreciation. Loved the members tho! And S/O to Leemar, Virgil and Dr. Hayden love them down!
