      Avantages

      Earlier start time each day means earlier leave time for part timers.

      Inconvénients

      supervisors have favourites and have created a toxic risk environment. Floats have no work life balance and work 6 days a week and drive all over the place. Last min call ins unable to have a life outside of work and get bullied constantly in every location under this supervisor
