      Avantages

      Helping lower income families access mental health services at a reasonable cost.

      Inconvénients

      Low pay and long hours. Has repeatedly decreased employee salary and benefits despite maintaining management pay. They do not let employees know the bad future outlook.

      Avantages

      Life Point was a great place to work due to the quality of staff they hired. The staff consisted of caring, qualified , experienced clinicians that made for a great team to serve clients.

      Inconvénients

      At times administrative policies and changes did not line up with clinicians views about how to best serve the clients and not negativity impact caseload.

      Flexibility Convenience Many clients were enjoyable Friendly workplace

      Inconvénients

      At the time, management was not good. Another agency has since taken over. Income was marginal; no raises over 10 years.
