      You gain a lot of experience. 3 percent increase each year. Performance doesn't matter you automatically receive it.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of driving. Can only get medical benefits if you are full time. It's extremely difficult to obtain full time without having to practically give up your life and be assigned multiple sites.
