Small intimate crew who genuinely cares about the growth and development of one another. Work really well together as a team. Challenging at times since we are a small crew, but we always manage to get it done and quickly. Senior has an open door policy - their doors are always open throughout the day and are extremely approachable - even if you don't want to chat about work! They care about their employees more than anything, and make work fun and flexible. Highly recommend.

Great team and accessibility. Fun work atmosphere and a lot of opportunity to learn. As the work force is very small, work that you do is very visible and if you are good you'll be easily noticed.

compensation could be a little better. There is a sense that there is very little room for poor performance and you have make a mark for yourself since the workforce is small and is maintained that way.
