Avantages

Good pay to start and incentives to start with.

Inconvénients

- No respect for the employees. - The business concept is very similar to a pyramidal scheme. - No respect for Bank holidays despite them being in the contract. - If mistakes are made, employees need to lie to customers and there are plenty of things that cannot be said to customers about how the company actually works. - The customer treats it more like a cult and the company encourages it and allows them to shout at you and bully you. - It plays with people's health and new customers are often bullied into buying. Career opportunities are not based on your skills and there is no real progression.

Avantages

The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

Inconvénients

Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.

Avantages

When employees are treated badly, they don't just fail to see positivity. They start seeing negativity all around them.

Inconvénients

Anyone who works here is making a giant career mistake. These terrible people don't want anyone to succeed. Employees' upward mobility and career growth are considered jokes. Many people have reported that it stresses them out or creates fear, but the arrogant leadership refuses to take any corrective actions. It's ridiculous.
