      Avantages

      Easy work on the phones. You can leave the job behind when you go home and customers were nice to talk to. Pay is good for the job. Colleagues were the best. Ability to buy holiday. Didn't force employees to vaccinate during lockdown. Never implemented vaccine passport.

      Inconvénients

      Management for the contact centre was and is the worst aspect of this place. They take what could be a very simple and enjoyable job and make the office atmosphere extremely negative because of the office politics introduced into every decision that is made. Management fails to take any responsibility for their actions and it is the CSA's that get the blame as a result. You are constantly walking on egg shells. A former colleague who grew up behind the Iron Curtain said that working at Lifeplus in the last few years was like being in school again behind the Iron Curtain. Sick leave is awful. Only 5 days a year on a rolling basis. As a result everyone comes into work sick and passes on the germs.

      Avantages

      The highlights for me are the training, consistency, and teamwork. Managers are very clear about their expectations and give people access to all the resources they need to do their jobs well. Continuous improvement is encouraged, so if you stay focused, you’ll definitely be able to build new skills. Whenever challenges come up, I know my team is there to help me.

      Inconvénients

      Manufacturing work is demanding, with strict requirements and deadlines.
