The work environment is generally structured, and there are opportunities to learn if you take initiative. Team members are supportive, and you can build strong technical and analytical skills over time.

      Avantages

      Great PTO and WFH. Amazing people i worked with. Truly the reason I stayed as long as I did. The PAC (HR) team js helpful and cares.

      Inconvénients

      Layoffs are every year. You need to be billable but sales staff has been decimated. I pretty well knew I was next to be chopped. Since the CEO change, it has been down hill. Management changed and it went from feeling welcome to feeling like a burden. Leadership has changed a lot and has become distant and cold. I went from feeling like I was valued to just being low hanging fruit for an easy cost cut while the leader got promoted.
