Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Has union UFT. PTO very good with vacation,sick and floating holidays.Salary decent. You will pay for time off however as you will be covering other nurses' caseloads of 100 + at least 1-2 x per week.
Inconvénients
Bad working conditions with nurse case managers being given more and more clerical work so clerical staff can answer the phones instead. Management treats NCMs with little respect even though they are nurses themselves.Frequent turnover of nursing staff. Low morale. Work here at your own risk!
