The best part about working at Lincom was the team around me. Everyone was willing to help and pass on their knowledge.
If there was ever a major technical issue, the whole team would assist where possible to resolve the incident.
Inconvénients
Lack or career opportunities and training throughout the company. This could have been greatly improved upon by identifying skill shortages and gaps.
