Allowed me to work remotely, leaving room for coordinating life activities (doctor visits, kid pick-ups, etc) Co-workers are understanding if you do not know everything - never seen anyone shamed for not knowing the answer Everyone's genuinely trying to do their best to make things better with the resources they have available Basic benefits are reasonably priced, recently added HSA
Inconvénients
No written role so new requirements added out of nowhere Can sometimes take push-back to get reasonable negotiation for quality of life or outside commitments Poor release cycle methods can lead to chaotic working issues Massive legacy software with all the headaches that entails Cheap but mediocre benefits
