Avantages

The company has a remote policy, and you can add additional hours in your day is you need to work longer. You have access to new age technology like search atlas platform

Inconvénients

The management is very disorganized, disorderly and incompetent. The internal team hires and fires people in seconds. A lot of job instability and insecurity. Most people are confused about the work structure and direction. The overload is enormous and no help is provided. People churn faster than they are hired. Teams are left confused and frustrated. Zero company benefits

Avantages

The teamwork and collaboration at LinkGraph have been a cornerstone of my experience. The company truly values team interaction, and it's evident in the way we work together seamlessly. Whether it's brainstorming sessions, project discussions, or just day-to-day interactions, the camaraderie and mutual support make every workday feel like a collective effort towards success.

Inconvénients

The lack of in-person interaction and face-to-face connection can sometimes make it challenging to build personal relationships with coworkers or have casual discussions.

Avantages

There is no pros honestly

Inconvénients

Leadership has no real experience or professionalism, and that filters down through the entire organization. AI is used as a crutch for the most basic tasks, which says a lot about the skill level being hired for. The cheapest available candidates are brought on, and it shows communication breakdowns are constant. There is no company culture to speak of, largely because employee churn is so rapid that no one gets a chance to know each other. Task distribution makes no sense given team size, leaving people overworked with no clear path forward. On top of all that, expect heavy micromanagement and zero meaningful career development. This is not a place where you grow it's a place where you burn out. Advice to management: Invest in real talent, build actual processes, and let your people managers lead with competence before expecting results.
