Avantages
They pay really well and the health insurance is great. There are free snacks and sodas, which I didn't care for but other people like it. Lots of growth opportunity.
Inconvénients
Management has no idea what it is doing. Other reviews describe it as "fast paced", but that implies that progress is being made. In reality, it's closer to indecisive. You'll spend 16+ hours a day plus weekends working on a huge project only to have it not matter or even cancelled halfway through. Very frustrating and does not make you feel valued. The CEO is extremely moody and will be your best friend one day and rip your head off the next. I've seen him make grown men cry simply because the CEO was in a bad mood. Business practices are sloppy at best, if they exist at all. Professionalism barely exists. Nerf wars are extremely distracting. Expect to have drones, dogs, children and monkeys (yes, monkeys) in the office at times.
