Good Base Salary, Product that makes a difference for patients. Overall good people to work with. Innovative environment, somewhat successful at improving systems over time. Improving corporate culture. Good sales budget for lunch meetings etc.
Inconvénients
Average benefits for a company in this category. Poor sales model as territory grows managing sales growth and servicing customers ultimately result in Rep getting frustrated over worked and under compensated. Marketing department has lacked vision and innovation. Challenges with sales leadership and living company values.
