If you want to join Litera, please go through some of the engineering, product support profiles on LinkedIN as those people just left within a Year. Nothing is Good in this company, No Work life balance, No Retention policy, Bunch of kids in HR team who easily gets Angry and Aggressive on asking queries. Too many acquisitions for which too too much workload. No joining Bonus, 300 rupees for Night shift allowance..
