-Sales departments across all channels are COMPLETELY out of control; lots of poaching of others' customers and accounts; no transparency at all on who or why certain reps consistently get huge accounts handed to them
-Only reps that buddy up to the managers will be able to make quota and stay off probation to make real money or advance. Lots and lots of lead passing and hoarding of accounts.
-Despite the veneer of "diversity, equity, inclusion" a very select, specific few people always seem to get the largest accounts handed to them and everyone else fends for themselves
-very cliquish, fragmented, somewhat unwelcoming daily vibe; not a particularly friendly place to work
