      - Good place to start a career in IT sales - Extensive training - Very experienced sales people who you can learn from - Great quarterly socials - Nice office environment to work in - Logi is a growing company with big plans for the future

      Inconvénients

      - Small team in the UK, sometimes the office is very empty (Some people might like this) - High staff turnover in the US - Gym membership in the US but not for the UK

      Avantages

      Trainings and quarterly meetings play a key role in fostering a cohesive company culture.

      Inconvénients

      The leaders appeared to be very serious and responsible, working hard. However, in reality, they were disconnected from team development and did not provide effective help or guidance to the team.
