Avantages
Office building has some nice features. Salaries are on the higher side of average. Benefits package is above average.
Inconvénients
This place is a nightmare. Management have created a culture of chaos and confusion. The CEO and COO are the only ones who seem to have any competence at all. The rest of the management team are inexperienced, ineffective, or both. The data prove it: this was not a strong year for performance. This is an opportunity for the board to put the responsibility where it belongs, but realistically they'll just throw some hard working staff off a cliff instead. Can't recommend Logi to anyone in this current state.
